Overall Rating: 6.5/10 The staff was okay overall, but some of the front desk employees had slight attitudes when speaking on the phone. At check-in, they told my grandmother, who does not require an accessible room, that she was being assigned one. We assumed that was all they had available, but when we got to the room, the bed was extremely low to the floor, and it wasn’t comfortable for our needs. When we went back to request a different room, the front desk employee seemed annoyed that we didn’t want to keep it. Thankfully, we were eventually given a regular room. The room itself was decent, but we found a lizard inside, which wasn’t pleasant. Another issue was that the A/C vent in the hallway was leaking a significant amount of water. The elevators were also in poor condition—they smelled bad and desperately need a deep cleaning. One thing that was frustrating was that the luggage dollies were almost never available, yet the hotel was very strict about returning pool towels or charging guests for them. Overall, I’d give this hotel a 6.5/10. If you’re just looking for a place to sleep for a couple of nights, especially if you’re traveling with kids, it gets the job done. Ho

The grounds and facilities are nice and well maintained, although wasn`t always easy finding a towel. The staff, down to the groundskeepers and janitors, were all very pleasant. Can`t say anything negative on that front Had a 2 bedroom room rented for a week. The day we checked in we alerted the staff that the master bathroom had a strong smell of urine, we were promised it would be cleaned but never was during our stay. Room was tidy but not well cleaned. Obvious dust trails along baseboards and corners of the room, stains on the carpets. The tub in the master bathroom did not work, nor half the electrical outlets (mostly the ones in the kitchen). The air conditioner would randomly make very loud banging noises every few hours which would wake us up at night. On the last day we found a trail of ghost ants. Once again, staff was notified and nothing was ever done. Multiple times had neighbours cooking with doors open to the hallway, and very loud shouting/arguments from the pool past 10 PM even this was against hotel policy. Security never seemed to intervene even though we asked multiple times. Overall was fine, but not what I expected from a 4 star hotel that accorded us `VIP

This is a two-bedroom villa, each room with its own bathroom and a sliding door to the “open lanai”. One bedroom with a king-size bed, the second bedroom with 2 queen beds, and a private door a full-size kitchen with a big island, coffee pot, toaster, and utensils. Spacious living room with a sofa bed and dining room. Great for gatherings. Activities and amenities like a shuttle to the Pompano Pier and a parking permit for other Wyndham locations. We stayed at the Royal tower!!!

Great rooms and nice pool situation. Pool is ik the shade early so can be good or bad depending on how hot. Rooms are big and spacious w all the needs for a short or long visit. TVs need to be upgraded for smart TVs. Also, on Sat they must have had a special community day as there was literally over 50 kids in the pool between 6-15. No other day we were there was like that and there is no way they were all staying on site. TV facing pool at bar was out all week and NBA playoffs were on so bumber.
